property of the individual members of the mod team responsible for the development of Jedi Knight Galaxies
(referred to as "JKG" or as "we"), with the exception of third-party material used in development with

link. The Software is licensed and distributed to you at no cost or fee.
Most of JKG is licensed under GPLv2 as free software, restrictions and details about the license can be
found on the online repository available on Github.
You may transfer the Software, but only if the recipient agrees to accept and be bound by the terms and
conditions.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the Software is at your own risk. Under no circumstances
shall the
official development team of JKG or any individual member be held responsible for any damages whatsoever
resulting from
your use or installation of the Software. Furthermore, neither the official JKG team nor any individual
member shall be
held responsible or accountable for the transfer of any personal information during the online
experience. While we strive to make the Software function only as intended, it is impossible to guarantee
it is free from defects, bugs, or exploits.
Violation of the terms expressed in this document may result in your online account being suspended or
deleted
without notice, and support refused to you via any support channels such as online forums or Discord.
Your privledge to
access the game and online server's and content may also be forfeited at the disgression of any individual
member of
the JKG development team and/or server hosts. The official JKG team and appointed administrators reserve the
right
to restrict any individual's usage of the Software's online experience and/or modify the original conditions
stated
in the terms of use.
The Software and accompanying features are all a work of fiction. All of the characters, events, locations,
logos,
and entities portrayed in this mod are fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or actual
events,
is purely coincidental.

Information Collection and Use
For a better experience while using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with possibly personally identifiable information, including but not limited to IP address, operating system, or browser. The information is typically requested automatically via javascript, and you can prevent this information from being diclosed by properly configuring your web browser and using services such as a VPN or web proxy. The webpage uses third party services that may collect information used to identify you. For example services we use include use of Github's API (which primarily provides statistical data about files downloaded, such as which OS build you are downloading) and a Discord bot (which is used for forwarding news announcements to this page, but may collect information about your browser). IP Address Data
As we do not run ads, it is not in our interest to know who you are and follow you around the internet. We store your ip address and web browser to help prevent abuse of services and identify visitors as being unique. The Services may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Site, the number of downloads users have made, as well as the sites which refer visitors to Jedi Knight Galaxies. We don't use it for tracking you, nor are we interested in knowing what your online activities may be.

- Youtube videos may also be integrated into the site from time to time. Be aware of their terms of use and privacy policy. Keep in mind they are the most likely to try to track your activities and use advertisements out of any service we use on the site. We recommend using an adblocker if their tracking attempts bother you.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your personal information, thus we strive to use honorable, competent means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. While we make use of basic industry communication standards such as https when possible, we make no claims of facilitating the means or capability of acting as a secure channel of communication between persons and should not be relied on or used as such.
If you find a vulnerability or security issue with JKG, please report it to the developers either via sending us a message on the Discord or the Forums. We appreciate your responsible reporting and want to get any of these issues addressed as soon as possible.

you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore,

This service also implements iframe technology to access other sites, as above with links, we do not
have control over that content either and you should exercise appropriate caution when accessing their

Children’s Privacy
These services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we delete this data.

As used in this section, "you" shall include anyone accessing the Service using your device or account. JKG's software is provided as free software and while we make every reasonable effort to thoroughly review the consequences of using this software and properly test it before releasing it, we cannot be held responsible for bugs or issues that may arise from using it.
